I have listend to a lot of DJ fresh over the years from singles to remixes and vs, and he never fails to deliver good music very catchy music too.
Collaborating with many talented Djs and singers producing a lot of great tracks.
He uploaded this to his YouTube channel yesterday his new track DJ Fresh ft. Dizzee Rascal - The Power.
Used to listen to a lot of Dizzee Rascal, not so much any more, I guess this is a clubbing/summer tune its not that great at the minute might grow on me as I undoubtedly hear it all summer ;D

Bachelors Of Science have some great music although I don't listen to a lot of their music the tracks I do listen to are amazing, I only have some old tracks of theirs well guess this is my time to get some fresh Bachelors Of Science music in my life!

Future Prophecies were one of the first few DJs I got introduced to tracks like Final Fantasy, September, Plastic Dreams, Rage and Dreadlock, Black Dragon, 417 and many more all still up there with my favourite tunes. September + Plastic Dreams being my favourite two out of the 2.5 hours of Future Prophecies tracks on my iTunes still listen to them regularly.
I probably need to expand my collection (get full albums) still not looked around much I was more than happy with the music I had of theirs (still am) listened to some on YouTube but that's about it.
Any recommendations to listen to please let me know :)
Just searched through my music turns out I didn't have many of my sub focus tunes loaded into my iTunes!
I have been missing out! Various 30min-1hour Vs and 2hour Radio1 Essential mix hiding away in my external hard drive after I formatted a while ago. I had about 4 Sub focus tracks loaded overall
It's nice to listen to music that you haven't listened to in a while.
I discovered Netsky through youtube about a year and a half ago or so and it was "Netsky - Your way"
the first track of his i heard and loved it, still love it now and many other of his tracks.

I listen to High Contrast a lot he is a very good DJ with a very differing style a lot of very nice songs and remixes with a lot of upbeat funky style tracks with an ambient feel about them.
I have heard many Stan SB tracks over time, he puts a nice upbeat twist on most of his music and his vocals really suit his music style. His tracks just make me want to listen to more.
He puts out a lot of previews on soundcloud in different variety's of music mostly drum and bass and dubstep which often leaves people begging for more.
Today I'm going to share some popular and recent-ish dnb that's often on the radio and in the charts, its always nice to see some dnb in the charts or hear it on the radio in my opinion :) definitely needs more!

I don't have a big jungle collection although I do enjoy it but there is so many different sub-categories of jungle, some are just normal dnb to me and some are very strong reggae beats.
Any suggestions of who to listen to would be great not listened to much jungle recently would like some new tracks.

Welcome to the dark side
As you may of noticed I don't listen to a lot of genres usually liquidy type dnb but I listen to some of Enduser, Evol Intent, Noisia and others on my iTunes. Most of the time I just let it play and I have no idea what most of the songs are called I like are called because i enjoy a lot of it same with most of my time spent listening I just tend to hide the window and off I go.
There are tons of artists I have yet to discover just because I listen to my playlists and YouTube playlists, I don't look into new artists that much only the songs I've listened to for years and always gone back to them.
It's kind of sad I'm missing out on a lot of good music but I tend to stick with the ones I'm more familiar with.
With that said feel free to recommend any artists you're into :)

Ill start off with Evol Intent no idea what some of the genres are but they make some insane tunes and some great ones also some trippy as hell tunes ill add some here and dubstep now I think

The Amen Break! you may be wondering what is the Amen break? well no doubt you have heard it before as it is sampled in an unbelievable amount of songs it was originally from a a soul record back in 1969 by Gregory Coleman From the 60s Soul band The Winstons.
The break is a 6 second snippet from a track called "Amen, Brother"

Anyway this break has been used in many songs since the day it was first recorded like in many old school rave tracks, and early hip hop and was a cornerstone of music in the 90's and has had a big influence on many genres of music including drum and bass and still used in music today.
Its not just used in music, ever seen Futurama? then you have heard it the start of every episode! It has been used by Amy Winehouse, Oasis, Prodigy, N.W.A, Dillinja the list of artists and genres goes on.
Although this break has been used for so much music the band and the drummer Gregory Coleman died in September 2006 and never received any money for the use of the break.
I think the break is great even in its original form!
